Vinakom Communications is a dynamic telecom company delivering high-quality voice, data, and connectivity solutions to businesses. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking results-driven sales talent who can drive new business, build relationships, and help us scale.
What You’ll Do- Prospect and generate new business via cold calling, email outreach, social channels, and referrals
- Make 75–100 outbound calls per day (or as per territory expectations)
- Qualify leads, manage pipeline, set appointments for yourself or field reps
- Build customized proposals using Excel, PowerPoint, or quoting tools
- Lead full-cycle sales: discovery, proposal, negotiation, closing
Communicate the ROI and value of our telecom services (voice services, data, connectivity, managed solutions) - Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service post‑sale
- Track and manage all sales activity and pipeline in CRM (e.g. Salesforce, Hub Spot)
- Hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Continuously stay updated on telecom trends, competitive landscape, and solutions
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Communications, Engineering or related)
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B or telecom/technology sales (inside sales, outbound, or channel sales)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent presentation ability
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM tools to manage leads and pipeline
- Self‑starter, energetic, and driven to exceed quotas
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions
- Telecom or technology background is a plus (knowledge of voice, SIP trunking, Internet access, etc.)
