Xfinity Field Sales Professional - Schaumburg, IL

Job Summary

This role is responsible for the promotion and sale of XFINITY Residential products and services within an assigned territory. The position focuses on individual direct sales and/or multiple dwelling units to establish relationships and meet sales targets. To maximize sales and/or win‑backs, the incumbent utilizes extensive product knowledge and sales experience.

• Showcase Comcast product expertise and promote/sell to customers via door‑to‑door canvassing in the assigned area.
• Demon state current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products, including features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns.
• Communicate and develop rapport with customers effectively.
• Evaluate individual customers’ existing and potential product needs and make recommendations.
• Increase customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models as well as unique benefits over other service providers.
• Evaluate offers from other companies and frame responses to showcase the advantages of Comcast.
• Meet the physical requirements of the job, including walking and/or traveling door‑to‑door for considerable distances in all weather conditions.
• Obtain and maintain credentials and/or licenses necessary to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law (where applicable).
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
• Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED.
• Work Experience:
  
  2‑5 years of relevant experience in direct sales or a related field.
• Skills:
  
  Adaptability, communication, critical thinking, problem solving, persuasion, professional integrity, resilience, self‑motivation, and workplace organization.

Base Pay: $47,871.00 per year.

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus targeted commission): $47,890.11 per year. Eligible employees may earn additional income through commissions or bonus plans.
