HIRING IMMEDIATELY: BROKER SALES REPRESENTATIVE IN HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Broker Sales Representative to join our team in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. This individual will develop and maintain relationships with shippers and freight brokers, negotiate competitive rates, and secure transportation opportunities. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience in freight brokerage or logistics sales who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building long‑term customer relationships.

  • Starting at $85,000/year

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with shippers, brokers, and transportation partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue and expand market presence.
  • Negotiate freight rates and service agreements to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
  • Coordinate closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure efficient load execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and industry developments to identify opportunities and remain competitive.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication, problem resolution, and consistent follow-up.
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of sales activities and business development efforts.
  • Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance metrics.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in freight brokerage, logistics sales, transportation sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and driven to achieve results.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced office environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS), CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
