Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our staffing agency team in Schaumburg, Illinois. In this role, you will generate new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and support revenue growth by promoting our staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new client relationships through outbound calls, email outreach, and follow-up on inbound leads.
  • Identify hiring needs and present staffing and recruiting services to potential clients.
  • Qualify leads, schedule discovery calls or meetings, and help move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with recruiting staff to align client requirements with candidate availability and market conditions.
  • Prepare proposals, service information, and follow-up communications for prospective clients.
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity targets, appointment-setting goals, and revenue objectives.
  • Build long-term client relationships by providing responsive service and identifying opportunities for additional business.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of inside sales, business development, customer service, or staffing industry experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and working in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
