• Sales Process:
  Exhibit consultative selling skills and assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Build relationships:
  Nurture enriching relationships to build a strong client base.
• Product Specialist:
  Know the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies; perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Communication:
  Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
• Negotiation:
  Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
• Data and Reporting:
  Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.

• Previous automotive sales experience.
• Proven track record of strong performance.
• Self-starter mentality and motivation to succeed.
• Drive to become a product expert.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and meet insurability guidelines.

Sales Consultant/ Salesperson: $60K-$100K. Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from the displayed amounts.
