Position Summary
is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Schaumburg, IL. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our restaurant partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new restaurant partners through the onboarding process, ensuring timely and complete activation of their account.
- Serve as the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of restaurant partners, providing responsive support and proactive outreach.
- Educate partners on how to manage their profiles, track performance, and take full advantage of available tools.
- Build trusted relationships with restaurant owners and managers, becoming a strategic resource for their ongoing success.
- Monitor partner performance and engagement, and identify opportunities for upselling premium features, paid subscriptions, or expanded promotion packages.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve partner outcomes and resolve any partner issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-up on open items.
- Contribute feedback on partner needs, product features, and market trends to improve internal processes and offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of account management, customer success, or client services experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient with CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred) and standard productivity tools.
- A proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
