The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic, sales‑focused role essential to our team’s success. The incumbent will provide exceptional customer service in person and by phone, selling automotive services and building strong client relationships. The position requires a motivating sales mindset, energetic communication, and precise transaction handling.

• Operate as a motivated sales individual.
• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Merchandise, advertise, and promote products and services.
• Respond energetically to every customer, on the phone and in store.
• Assist with customer complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Conduct transaction procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Strong communication skills with customers regarding sales and complaints.
• Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Valid automobile driver’s license at all times and ability to drive company vehicles.
