** Inside Sales

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Provide technical guidance to the sales team and customers throughout the sales process. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
* Develop a basic understanding of our products or services, including their technical specifications, features, and benefits
* Create quotes, proposals, and/or technical documentation for customers. Ensure quote is accurate with customer request
* Engage with customers via phone, email, and online meetings to address their technical inquiries, and offer pre-sales and post-sales product support. Build strong relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships
* Work closely with internal teams, including other business unit inside sales groups, outside sales, inventory planning, and customer support, to coordinate activities and ensure a seamless customer experience
* Provide feedback to principal vendors based on customer requirements
* Stay updated on product enhancements and new releases, and ensure that sales team members are equipped with the latest information
** Inside Sales

Education and Experience:

*** Bachelor's degree preferred.  Associate’s degree or high school diploma with equivalent work experience required
* Previous experience developing industrial quotations and job estimates
* Excellent presentation, verbal, and written skills and experience
* Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools is a plus

Physical Requirements:

*** Ability to work extended hours on a computer
** Inside Sales Pay:
*** Salary Range: $55,000 - 65,000
* Bonus Potential: 5%

* ** he* final offer will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in the position.
