Fact Base Inc. helps manufacturers improve drawing management and operational efficiency through our cloud-based platform, ZUMEN. Following rapid growth in Japan, we are now building our first local team in the United States.

After validating the market through direct engagement with manufacturers across the country, we are entering the next phase of growth.

This is more than a typical sales role—you’ll help build the market, grow the business, and become a key member of our U.S. expansion.

Compensation and Benefits

OTE: $70K–$120K+ depending on experience and performance.

  • Approximately 75% of OTE: base compensation and expected overtime earnings
  • Approximately 25% of OTE: variable commission, capped at 200% of target achievement (paid semi-annually in May and November)

  • Travel and on-site customer visits: approximately 3 days per week visiting customers and prospects
  • Typically, approximately 2 days per week working from the Schaumburg office
  • Travel throughout the United States based on customer and business needs
  • Excited to help build and grow a business from an early stage
Qualifications
  • B2B sales experience preferred (SaaS, manufacturing, industrial, or field sales)
  • Hunter mentality with strong outbound skills
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-activity environments
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
