For our client, we are seeking a VP Corporate Fleet Sales to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a regulated financial services environment.
Location:
Schaumburg, IL – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $209,000 – $292,500 annually
Responsibilities- Define and execute corporate fleet sales strategy for revenue growth
- Manage the corporate fleet sales P&L, focusing on revenue and margin performance
- Achieve annual sales goals and ensure accurate forecasting
- Lead large, complex enterprise fleet deal negotiations and closures
- Build executive-level relationships with key clients and prospects
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Fifteen years of progressive sales experience, ideally in fleet management or related sectors
- Ten years or more in leadership roles, overseeing sales teams
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and managing P&L in complex environments
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and engaging with board members
