Job Summary
Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses focusing mainly on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities. Create and deliver face‑to‑face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services. Promote bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer. Sell with the goal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets, staying abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace.
CoreResponsibilities
- Develop territory by building local business partnerships and relationships, and enhancing Comcast positioning and brand.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare required sales and activity reports.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction and support a positive event of the Comcast Experience.
- Acquire new customers for Comcast Commercial Internet, Video and Voice services.
- Generate new leads through prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships.
- Focus on advanced communications solutions such as PRI, Hosted PBX and multi‑location opportunities.
- Identify improvement areas through a consultative process.
- Effectively manage a territory with high activity and a comprehensive business plan.
- Collaborate with technical, customer‑service and support staff to achieve end‑to‑end customer sales and satisfaction.
- Maintain a qualified prospect pipeline to achieve monthly quota performance and above.
- Remain knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.
- Adhere to all company standards and business professionalism.
- Maintain punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Understand and apply Comcast’s Operating Principles.
- Own the customer experience, putting customers first at every touchpoint.

Base Pay: $68,750.00
Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $
Bachelor’s Degree
Relevant Work Experience5‑7 years in related sales or business development roles.
