The Technical Quoting Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Schaumburg, IL. This role is responsible for reviewing PCB design files and technical specifications, analyzing customer requirements, and preparing accurate, timely price quotations. The specialist will collaborate with sales, engineering, and production teams to clarify requirements, identify cost drivers, and ensure quotes align with manufacturing capabilities and lead times. Day‑to‑day activities include interpreting technical documentation, entering and updating quote data in internal systems, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining records of quotations and revisions.

The role also involves supporting continuous improvement of quoting tools and processes, monitoring market and material cost trends, and contributing to a professional, customer‑focused experience.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and quote preparation.
• Proficiency with office productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email).
• Prior experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB fabrication, or technical sales support is beneficial but not required.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills for cost estimation, margin calculations, and pricing comparisons.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with sales, engineering, and operations teams.
• Ability to work on‑site in Schaumburg, IL and manage part‑time hours reliably.
