Napleton's Schaumburg Buick GMC is looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Salesperson to join our team. We offer excellent benefits, aggressive pay, and generous bonuses. Most of our managers were promoted from sales consultant roles — your path to advancement starts here.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers in a welcoming, low-pressure environment
- Develop and maintain an expert-level knowledge of our vehicle inventory, features, and trim levels
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry through test drive, negotiation, and delivery
- Work the CRM tool to manage leads and maintain a high level of sales effectiveness
- Assist customers with the completion of all applicable sales documents
- Follow the dealership sales process as defined by management
- Build a successful referral network and maintain customer relationships for repeat business
- Complete manufacturer-specific product training as required
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred (1+ years)
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in customer service or sales
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a competitive drive throughout the workday
- Familiarity with CRM tools;
Tekion experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license (required)
