Internet Sales BDC Representative

Napleton's Schaumburg Buick GMC is looking for a motivated, outgoing Internet Sales BDC Representative to join our Business Development Center. In this role, you will work with new and existing customers to schedule and confirm sales appointments, playing a critical role in driving traffic to our showrooms. If you're a self‑starter with excellent phone skills, strong communication, and a team‑first attitude, we want to hear from you.

• Handle inbound and outbound sales appointment calls, emails, and texts for the dealership
• Schedule, confirm, and remind customers of upcoming sales appointments
• Multitask effectively while conversing on the phone and working across multiple computer systems simultaneously
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent and professional follow‑up
• Meet and exceed appointment‑setting goals set by management
• Support the sales team by ensuring a strong and consistent pipeline of scheduled showroom visits

• Previous BDC, call center, or customer service experience is a plus
• Experience with Tekion CRM or similar automotive CRM is a plus
• Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Goal‑oriented with a positive attitude and a serious work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
