Napleton's Schaumburg Buick GMC is looking for an experienced and motivated Bilingual Automotive Salesperson to join our team. Your ability to connect with customers in their own language is a tremendous asset — and we'll reward it. We offer excellent benefits, aggressive pay, and generous bonuses. • Greet and assist customers in a welcoming, low-pressure environment — in English and their preferred language
• Develop and maintain an expert-level knowledge of our vehicle inventory, features, and trim levels
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry through test drive, negotiation, and delivery
• Work the CRM tool to manage leads and maintain a high level of sales effectiveness
• Assist customers with the completion of all applicable sales documents
• Follow the dealership sales process as defined by management
• Build a successful referral network and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Complete manufacturer-specific product training as required

• Bilingual proficiency required — Spanish, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, or other languages welcome
• Previous automotive sales experience preferred (1+ years)
• Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in customer service or sales
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a competitive drive throughout the workday
• Familiarity with CRM tools;
  Tekion experience is a plus
