• Negotiate contracts and oversee quoting activities to secure favorable terms
• Develop and deliver monthly sales forecasts based on customer data and purchasing trends
• Conduct data analysis on current and future bookings to inform strategic decision-making
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain operations and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution

• 7–10 years of experience in customer account management or sales within a related industry
• BS/BA degree required
• Government, military, or defense industry background is a strong plus
• Experience in manufacturing
