Wireless Sales Consultant

As a Wireless Sales Consultant with Acosta Group, you will represent top consumer wireless brands inside leading retailers. You'll engage shoppers, demonstrate smartphones and connected devices, explain plans and promotions, and close sales to meet or exceed targets. You will maintain merchandising standards, utilize data and reporting tools to track performance, and build relationships with store teams. In this fast-paced, field-based role, you'll receive training, gain exposure to data-driven retail strategies, and contribute to client growth in a collaborative, performance-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Drive wireless product sales within assigned retail locations for key consumer brands
• Engage shoppers, conduct product demos, and explain features, plans, and promotions
• Meet or exceed sales, activation, and attachment targets while tracking results accurately
• Maintain merchandising standards, signage, and in-store displays to align with brand guidelines
• Use data and reporting tools to understand trends and optimize selling strategies
• Build relationships with store staff and management to increase product visibility and support joint initiatives
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving questions and recommending tailored solutions
• Stay current on wireless devices, rate plans, and competitive offers through ongoing training
• Report field insights, shopper feedback, and competitive activity to Acosta Group leaders
• Follow all company, client, and retailer compliance, safety, and operational policies
