Wireless Sales Representative

Acosta Group seeks a Wireless Sales Representative to drive sell-through of leading wireless brands in retail locations. In this field-based role, you will engage shoppers, demonstrate devices, explain plans, and activate services while maintaining high merchandising and display standards. You will work closely with store staff, hit sales and activation targets, and report results through mobile tools. Ideal candidates bring retail or wireless sales experience, strong communication skills, and comfort in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive wireless product sales in assigned retail locations for Acosta Group clients
• Engage shoppers, present product features, and match solutions to customer needs
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales, activation, and attachment targets
• Maintain in-store displays, signage, and merchandising standards
• Provide product expertise and current promotional information to shoppers and store staff
• Accurately process activations, upgrades, and accessory add-ons following client and carrier policies
• Report daily activities, sales results, and market feedback using company tools
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to maximize sales opportunities
• Stay current on wireless devices, plans, competitive offers, and industry trends
• Support special events, launches, and in-store demos as needed
