Music Sales Rep

Music & Arts seeks a Music Sales Rep to connect customers with the right instruments, accessories, and lessons in our Retail Trade environment. You'll welcome students, parents, and educators, assess musical needs, recommend products and lesson options, and process sales and rentals. Partner with school service reps to support music programs, maintain merchandise displays, and meet sales goals. Responsibilities

• Greet and engage students, parents, and educators to understand musical needs
• Recommend instruments, accessories, rentals, and lessons to meet customer goals
• Process sales, rentals, returns, and enrollments accurately in POS systems
• Maintain merchandise displays, signage, and store cleanliness to brand standards
• Support school service reps with orders, deliveries, and music program needs
• Achieve individual and store sales targets while delivering strong customer service
• Educate customers on financing, rental terms, warranties, and repair services
• Collaborate with instructors and staff to promote lessons and events
• Handle basic product troubleshooting and direct repair needs appropriately
• Track customer interactions and follow up to build repeat business
