Music Sales Advisors

Music & Arts is seeking passionate Music Sales Advisors to connect students, parents, and educators with the right instruments, accessories, and lessons. In this retail sales role, you'll greet customers, recommend band and orchestra gear, support rentals and repairs, and enroll students in private lessons. You'll build lasting relationships with local schools and directors, maintain product displays, and meet sales goals while delivering exceptional, education-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting instruments, accessories, and music products
• Support band and orchestra rentals, returns, and upgrade processes
• Promote and enroll students in private music lessons and programs
• Build relationships with local schools, directors, and educators
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and KPIs
• Maintain merchandising standards, displays, and inventory organization
• Process sales, rentals, and repairs accurately in POS systems
• Provide basic product demonstrations and instrument guidance
• Coordinate with repair services to facilitate customer repairs
• Contribute to a collaborative, student-focused store culture
