Guaranteed Motor Cars needs to hire Sales Consultants immediately. High Volume dealership!! 80-100 units sold monthly and growing!! Auto sales background or management Highly preferred!

- Sales Consultant:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and listen to their requirements in order to match their vehicle needs with one in current pre-owned inventory.
- Accompany customer on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technology.
- Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become the vehicle authority.
- Know the ins and outs of the inventory, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
- Follow up with customers to ensure successful referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives and creative ideas.
- Bring your "A" game along with a positive attitude to work with you every day.
- Sales Consultant:
- Previous successful Automotive Sales Experience is a plus.
- Multi-lingual / Bilingual preferred but not mandatory. Would like Spanish, Russian, Polish preferably
- Professional appearance and good communication skills
- Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit
- Great communication skills with customers and team members
- Must have an outgoing personality, strong customer service skills and be self-motivated
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- Valid state-issued driver's license and clean driving record are required
- Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision
