Regional Sales Manager - Midwest

QC Conveyors, a Duravant Company, is looking for a driven sales professional to take ownership of our Central Midwest territory and drive growth. You'll have the autonomy to build relationships, develop new accounts, and turn opportunities into long-term revenue. We provide innovative low profile conveyor solutions that keep automated manufacturing operations moving. Known for speed, flexibility, and reliability, we help manufacturers and automation partners solve production challenges and improve productivity. Working with manufacturers, OEMs, automation integrators, and material handling distributors, you'll identify opportunities, solve customer challenges, and drive territory growth

Open to candidates located in Illinois, Missouri, and Kansas. Travel up to 70%

• Generate new revenue by winning new customers and expanding opportunities within existing accounts.
• Prospect manufacturers, OEM machine builders, automation integrators, and material handling distributors within the territory.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and territory development.
• Develop relationships with engineering, operations, purchasing leaders, and material handling experts within customer organizations.
• Identify production and material handling challenges and recommend consultative conveyor solutions that improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Expand existing accounts by identifying new applications, projects, and departments.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from discovery to order placement.
• Collaborate with engineering and internal sales teams to develop effective technical solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and activity tracking in CRM.
• Travel throughout the territory to support customers and identify new opportunities.
• Other Duties as assigned.

Success in this role requires consistent outbound activity, strong pipeline development, and a consultative sales approach focused on solving customer production challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree, with 3 – 5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability or strong interest in prospecting and developing new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to use a consultative selling approach to understand customer challenges and recommend solutions.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable with outbound outreach.
• Coachable, organized, and motivated by performance and growth.

Extensive travel is required, often via commercial airline carrier. Office & factory or facility shop floor.
