Regional Sales Executive - Chicago and Mid West Up to $340,000 OTE

$83m Series B cybersecurity start up, offering a new exciting IGA and governance platform which replaces the fragmented identity management processes with a unified, AI-native approach that continuously maps identities, permissions, and relationships across an enterprise

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos that highlight value of the solution.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through deal closure.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.

• 7 + years proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the cybersecurity industry. Identity/IAM/IGA/Agentic AI
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
