Elite Haul Inc. is seeking an experienced Freight Brokerage Sales Executive focused on new shipper acquisition and business development
.
This is a sales position, not a dispatcher or carrier sales position
. The primary responsibility is to prospect, identify, and acquire new shipper customers and develop those accounts into long-term business.
Candidates with existing shipper relationships or an active book of business are strongly preferred.
- 2+ years of freight brokerage or transportation sales experience
- Proven experience prospecting and acquiring new shipper accounts
- Strong cold-calling and B2B business development skills
- Ability to build and grow a book of business
- Existing shipper relationships preferred
- Experience generating revenue/GP from new accounts
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills
- CRM experience
