The Product Research Associate will have the option to work a hybrid schedule, with two days from home after three months of employment, the remainder working in the office out of Schaumburg, IL.
The position supports R&D operations by contributing to human factors activities and risk management via documentation and user research efforts.
Salary range: $55K to $64K, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities- Clinical Research Network
- Assist in recruitment and retention of clinical researchers; act as a liaison that conveys information and answers clinicians’ questions and establishes positive working relationships.
- Assist in the reimbursement of participating clinicians.
- Human Factors
- Support human factors research activities throughout the product life cycle, including assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of studies.
- Aid in collection, organization, and analysis of study data to support the identification of user needs and customer insights that inform product development.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Risk Management
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of risk management files.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in physical or life sciences, engineering, social sciences, medical sciences, or a related discipline.
- Entry‑level; no prior work experience required.
- Proficient English writing and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- General understanding of research methodology and practices.
- Competent general computer skills in Windows, MS Office, email, and internet.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and have dexterity functions to assemble prototype packages.
- Ability to work in an office environment including working at a computer for extended periods and using office equipment.
