P4 Security Solutions is seeking a polished, driven, and highly capable Executive Protection Coordinator to join our team in Downers Grove, IL. This is an on‑site, full‑time position reporting directly to our Vice President of Operations. The ideal candidate brings a rare combination of professional presence, government or political sector experience, and a strong security background — paired with the instincts of a true concierge‑level service provider.
This role is well‑suited to someone who thrives in high‑stakes, high‑visibility environments, anticipates needs before they arise, and represents our organization with the utmost professionalism at all times.
What You'll Do- Coordinate and support executive protection operations, ensuring seamless planning and execution of protective details
- Serve as a key point of contact for principals, clients, and stakeholders, delivering white‑glove, concierge‑level service at every touchpoint
- Liaise with government, political, and law enforcement contacts as needed to support protective operations
- Plan and coordinate logistics for both domestic and international travel, including advance work and contingency planning
- Maintain the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and polish in all client and stakeholder interactions
- Collaborate closely with leadership to align protective strategies with client expectations and organizational standards
- A go‑getter with a proactive, self‑directed approach to problem‑solving
- Polished, professional presence suited for high‑profile and executive‑level environments
- Background in government, political, or public sector work strongly preferred
- Prior experience in executive protection, security, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to deliver concierge‑level service and client care
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and composure under pressure
- Location: Downers Grove, IL (on‑site)
- Employment Type: Full‑time
- Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Reports To: Vice President of Operations
