Part Time Retail Security Officer

Andy Frain Services seeks a Part Time Retail Security Officer to support a leading financial institution's retail branches. In this role, you will provide a highly visible security presence, monitor entrances, lobbies, and ATMs, and help deter theft, fraud, and disruptive behavior. You will patrol interior and exterior areas, respond to incidents, and document observations in clear reports. Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic retail banking areas
• Deter theft, fraud, and disruptive behavior through visible presence
• Conduct regular patrols of lobby, ATMs, and surrounding premises
• Respond to security incidents and escalate per company protocols
• Observe and report suspicious activity with detailed documentation
• Support access control and visitor management procedures
• Assist customers and employees with safety-related concerns
• Collaborate with branch staff during peak hours and events
• Comply with financial institution security and confidentiality policies
• Participate in ongoing security and customer service training
