Field Technician

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Technician located in Vernon Hills, IL. The Field Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting systems such as Access Control, Commercial Surveillance and Low Voltage Cabling. The role involves diagnosing technical issues, providing support to clients, and completing service reports. Additional responsibilities include conducting regular maintenance checks and ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently while adhering to company quality standards.

• Experience with installation and maintenance of Access Control, Commercial Surveillance, Low Voltage Cabling, or related systems
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
• Strong skills in customer service, communication, and maintaining professional client relationships
• Ability to manage time effectively and complete projects promptly
• Prior experience working with installation and maintenance is preferred
• Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations regularly
• Relevant certifications or technical training are beneficial
