American Homes 4 Rent, L.P. is seeking a dedicated Field Technician Maintenance to perform repairs, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance at our properties. The ideal candidate will ensure the functionality and condition of our homes while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting various systems and performing home repairs. Candidates should have a minimum of two years' experience in property maintenance and hold necessary certifications. Competitive hourly pay of $32.00 to $34.00 is offered.
