Next Gen Energy Jobs in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Lead Installer to join our solar installation crew. You will lead and mentor a small team, assemble and install solar modules, mounts, and electrical components, and ensure work aligns with project plans.
The role requires a high school diploma, prior solar installation or equivalent construction experience, strong safety discipline, and the ability to work independently or with others. Training on new products and installation methods is provided.
