Compass Heating & Air is growing — and we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Installation Lead and an HVAC Installer who takes pride in precision installs.

- Daikin, Mitsubishi and LG, and work with a variety of offerings - traditional, heat pumps, air handlers and more. We have an amazing one-of-a-kind showroom where our customers can see/hear/feel the comfort for themselves. We offer year-round work and training on all our systems. We enjoy get-togethers as a group, holiday luncheons, "Hot One's" wing challenge, golfing at Top Golf and more!
