Your shift starts with a quick handoff and review of open work orders on your tablet. A line calls in a breakdown—you respond fast, diagnose the cause, and get the equipment back online. Between calls, you complete scheduled PMs, from inspecting conveyors and gearboxes to servicing pneumatics and hydraulics.
