Hangcha Forklift America seeks a Field Service Technician to provide technical support, dealer support, and aftermarket service across an assigned territory. The role travels within a 3–4 hour radius of Chicago, IL, serving as the liaison between dealers and Hangcha's internal teams while delivering hands-on service and training.
The incumbent will conduct dealer visits, diagnose issues, support warranty investigations, and promote aftermarket parts to improve uptime and dealer performance.
