• Conduct individual and parent therapy sessions via telehealth
• Provide family therapy for parents of children ages 3+ with verbal communication skills, and provide individual one‑on‑one therapy with children ages 5+, pending clinical evaluation
• Perform initial assessments, behavioral observations, and both short- and long-term interventions while developing individualized treatment plans
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families while collaborating with internal team members and other disciplines to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care

• Master’s degree in counseling or social work from a CACREP/CSWE accredited university
• LCPC or LCSW licensure in the state of Illinois
• Prior experience working with children and families

• You are passionate for supporting children, teens, and families through emotional, social, and behavioral challenges
• You are comfortable working autonomously, providing counseling services via telehealth
• You adapt your communication style to each child’s developmental level, including using nonverbal strategies when needed, to ensure children feel understood and supported
• You bring strong clinical judgment and the ability to tailor interventions to each child’s unique needs
• You are committed to ongoing learning, clinical excellence, and contributing to a positive, family-centered therapy experience
• You are available to work to schedule below

15 - 20 hours a week, Monday through Friday 3 - 7 pm
