Job Description
The mission this summer is to build an innovative product from the ground up. You will work with a small, cross‑functional team over 3 months to discover, develop and validate a business case through design research and competitive analysis. Get out of the building and engage your customers. Uncover their pains, gains, and jobs‑to‑be‑done, and rapidly prototype solutions. Use real insights to drive your technical architecture, assess feasibility and build a scalable solution for a validated problem.
Continuously improve your value proposition, business model, and go‑to‑market strategy, and prepare to launch a functional MVP before the end of the summer.
- Embrace core concepts and design patterns used in agile software engineering.
- Review code from peers to enforce best practices.
- Communicate development status to stakeholders.
- Learn and leverage relevant new technologies, tools, methods and processes in your development efforts.
- Develop the confidence to take new ideas from concept to reality.
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field from a top‑tier university/college, or able to demonstrate significant, relevant professional experience.
- Experience developing with major programming languages, frameworks, and tools
- Experience with approaches and tools for automated testing ie. Playwright
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Depth of skill in software engineering, with the patience and willingness to collaborate across other disciplines.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, biased towards action, comfortable with fast‑paced environment. Startup experience is a plus.
- You must be fully available—onsite—from June 1 2025 through 28 August 2025.
