Primary Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native applications using AWS services (e.g., Lambda, ECS, RDS, Dynamo

    DB, S3)
  • Develop backend systems and APIs using modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js)
  • Lead architectural decisions and code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery
  • Oversee the design and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or AWS Code Pipeline
  • Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Cloud Watch, Datadog, ELK)
  • Ensure cloud infrastructure follows security best practices and compliance standards
  • Lead and mentor a cross‑functional team of software and Dev Ops engineers
  • Collaborate with product managers, QA, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
  • Drive continuous improvement in development processes, deployment strategies, and team performance
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and team growth.
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows and decision‑making

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT related field
  • 8+ years of hands‑on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, Dynamo

    DB, API Gateway)
  • 5+ years of experience in strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles
  • 5+ years of experience with backend programming languages/frameworks such as Node.js and Typescript with experience developing backend services, APIs, and integrations in production environments
  • 3+ years of experience with monitoring tools like Cloud Watch, Datadog, ELK or Prometheus
  • 3+ years of experience in building and consuming RESTful and event‑driven architectures
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AWS Lex bot integration or other conversational AI platforms
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, ECS, EKS)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as typescript, node.js
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD automation using tools like Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or AWS Code Pipeline
  • Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to architectural decision‑making

The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full‑time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
