We’re currently seeking a Cadillac Red Star Driver to join our service department. If you’re energetic, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to deliver premium service while representing the elegance and prestige of the Cadillac brand.

Competitive hourly wage: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour to start

• Welcome customers with professionalism and warmth upon arrival
• Safely drive customer and loaner vehicles throughout the service lot
• Respond promptly to cashier requests for vehicle retrieval
• Provide shuttle services for customers as needed
• Assist with errands and deliveries for the service department
• Maintain accurate records of trips, customer pick-ups, and drop-offs
• Ensure shuttle vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and presentable
• Adhere to all company safety policies and report any incidents immediately
• Work effectively in various weather conditions

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual (stick shift) vehicles
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
