Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Overview

The Patrick Dealer Group is looking for a full-time shipping and receiving clerk to join our Hyundai parts team.

We offer an hourly rate of $18.00 to start.

• Unpack and verify orders are accurate using packing lists.
• Inspect contents.
• Contact Parts Manager with any discrepancies or damage in order.
• Transport and shelve designated items to parts warehouse after order is verified for accuracy.
• Keep all work areas neat and clean.
• Collect and analyze any delivery orders.
• Pick the necessary items to be delivered.
• Double check order to be delivered to ensure items pulled are accurate.
• Transport items to their destinations.
• Record the transaction upon delivery.
• Maintain delivery van maintenance.

• Must have a valid Illinois driver license.
• Great driving record.
• RF Scanner experience a plus.
• Forklift certified a plus.
• Neat professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Good customer service skills.
• Must be able to stand and walk for the majority of shift.
• Must be able to use time management.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Successfully pass the pre-employment screening which consist of drug screening, driving record, and background check.
• Minimum age to apply is 19 with at least three years driving experience.
