Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Dispatch Manager to join our team in Schaumburg, IL. This individual will be responsible for overseeing Flatbed and Reefer operations. This is a full‑time, in‑office leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced transportation environment and has a strong background managing drivers, freight operations, and customer relationships. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on dispatch experience, strong operational leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage time‑sensitive freight while maintaining excellent service levels.

• Coordinate and manage daily Flatbed and Reefer dispatch operations
• Schedule and oversee timely pickups and deliveries
• Communicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and customers
• Monitor load status and resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently
• Ensure proper cargo securement and compliance for Flatbed loads
• Support driver performance, routing, and operational planning
• Maintain strong customer service and professional communication
• Assist with load planning, problem resolution, and daily dispatch support
• Work collaboratively with operations and leadership teams to ensure smooth freight movement

• Previous experience in Flatbed and/or Reefer dispatch operations required
• Strong knowledge of OTR trucking operations and freight coordination
• Experience with cargo securement and Flatbed freight preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and make quick operational decisions under pressure
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
