Warehouse Specialist
Location: Schaumburg
OverviewAt Touch Tunes, the Warehouse Specialist is responsible for performing a wide range of warehouse operations while supporting quality control and inventory management. This is a hands‑on role that spans various warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, reporting, and process support. The role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to operate independently while contributing to team success.
Responsibilities- Perform daily warehouse activities including order picking, packing, receiving, and put‑away
- Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives
- Test incoming parts, jukeboxes, and customer returns
- Conduct incoming inspections and basic testing in accordance with defined quality standards
- Identify, document, and communicate product issues or nonconformities
- Assist with tracking and reporting quality‑related data
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist with inventory organization and process improvements
- Utilize warehouse systems (ERP, shipping platforms like Fed Ex/UPS) effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3+ years of warehouse experience (including quality inspection or similar exposure)
- 1+ years of data entry experience
- Forklift experience (preferred or required depending on your needs)
