Job Title:
Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Duration:

Schedule: 10am - 7pm, Monday - Friday

Position

Reports To:

Warehouse Director

Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify against POs and packing lists.
• Sort, stock, and track receivables in the system.
• Coordinate returns for damaged or incorrect items.
• Pick, pack, and label outbound shipments to meet specifications.
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation.
• Perform inventory counts and ensure accuracy of records.
• Maintain organized warehouse layout for efficiency and safety.
• Assist with drop-offs if UPS/Fed Ex pickups are missed.
• Collaborate with multiple departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain positive attitude and communication with team and vendors.
• Overtime may be required during peak volumes.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years’ warehouse experience.
• Familiarity with inventory systems & Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite and overtime as needed.
• Ability to handle both physical packing tasks and computer-based inventory updates (50/50).
• Strong team player and upbeat personality—positivity is a must.
