Ship Smart Solutions is hiring a Warehouse General Manager to lead operations at our Montgomery, IL facility. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can run a high-performing warehouse and help grow the business.
What you'll do- Lead daily warehouse operations, staffing, and performance
- Own the P&L — budgets, labor costs, and margin
- Price and sell warehouse space to shippers and grow the customer base
- Select, implement, and optimize WMS and processes
- Drive safety, accuracy, and on-time fulfillment
- 2+ years managing warehouse operations (3PL strongly preferred)
- Experience pricing and selling warehouse space to shippers
- P&L ownership — budgets, labor, margin
