Change material handling equipment batteries in accordance with schedule;
Service and clean material handling equipment batteries- which includes cleaning, watering and charging, in accordance with manufacturer's specifications, OSHA regulations, and company policies and procedures;
Repair battery and charger D.C. cables and connectors as needed;
Assist the battery maintenance/change and Equipment Maintenance Mechanic with repairs or service, including but not limited to, greasing and steam cleaning as directed;
Retrieve parts and materials for repair of material handling equipment, when required
