Price Chopper - - Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of food production equipment, utensils, and facility surfaces in compliance with SSOPs.;
Safely disassemble and reassemble complex equipment for thorough cleaning.;
Follow lockout/tagout procedures when handling equipment with mechanical or electrical components.;
Apply cleaning and sanitizing agents per established dilution ratios and chemical handling protocols.;
Complete pre-operational sanitation and inspection checklists; communicate findings to Supervisors or QA.
