JOB SUMMARY:In this role, you will support facility, yard, and grounds operations by performing general labor, cleaning, painting, and maintenance support tasks that help keep the property safe, organized, and operating efficiently. The General Laborer (Facilities & Grounds) supports the maintenance team and plays an important role in maintaining facility appearance, workplace safety, and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking hands-on experience in general labor, facilities maintenance, groundskeeping, or industrial support roles while learning new skills on the job.

GENERAL LABORER (FACILITIES & GROUNDS) PAY & DETAILS:Pay range:
Starting at $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM

GENERAL LABORER (FACILITIES & GROUNDS) DUTIES:Perform outdoor groundskeeping, yard maintenance, and cleanup activities throughout the facility
Complete general cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment
Paint traffic lines, curbs, walkways, and designated work areas to support facility safety and organization
Assist maintenance personnel with repairs, facility improvement projects, and preventative maintenance activities
Move materials, tools, supplies, and equipment as needed to support maintenance and operations teams
Remove debris and maintain work areas throughout the property
Work safely around industrial equipment, vehicle traffic, and active work areas while following established safety procedures

GENERAL LABORER (FACILITIES & GROUNDS) REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIRED:Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to reliably commute to work
Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment screening requirements, which may include a criminal background check and drug test
Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying materials
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
Ability to work safely in an active industrial environment, both indoors and outdoors
Ability to follow instructions, learn new tasks, and work independently or as part of a team
PREFERRED:Previous experience in general labor, groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, construction, warehouse, or maintenance roles
Experience using basic hand tools and equipment
