Our client is seeking an AP Specialist (AP Staff Accountant) to support day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in Net Suite
, and able to thrive in a multi-entity healthcare environment. This role will focus heavily on accounts payable. Salary is $55-65K.

• Full‑cycle Accounts Payable experience
• Experience supporting multiple entities
• Illinois‑based candidates only (remote role)

• Process full‑cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice entry, coding, and payment processing
• Manage AP for multiple entities and ensure proper intercompany allocations
• Maintain accurate vendor records and resolve discrepancies
• Utilize Excel for reconciliations, data analysis, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
• Collaborate with finance leadership and cross‑functional teams as needed

• Experience working with multiple legal entities
• 2+ years of experience in AP or as a staff accountant
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
