Position: Regional Station Administrator Northwest/Central-ORD

Job Duties:

Ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support.

Provide support to Station Managers and technicians regarding employee timekeeping verifications and station customer billing.

Perform daily timekeeping reconciliation to ensure that billing documents match employee timesheets.

Submit weekly billing package to the Accounting department.

Work closely with the Human Resources team regarding onboarding of employees for the Northwest/Central stations in regard to airport badging needs.

Serve as the signatory for the airport badging process, handle all new hire applications, renewals and compliance.

Answer and assist with employee questions related to schedules, airport badging, customs badging and related paperwork and compliance.

Generate billing, invoicing, memos, emails and reports when appropriate.

Respond to questions and requests for information, answer incoming calls, and assume other duties when needed.

Basic Qualifications:

Must be fluent and proficient in English. Proficiency in Spanish Associate's degree preferred.

Ability to work independently and achieve goals with little direct supervision.

Proficient in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Takes direction in a positive manner.

Team-player with exceptional verbal/written communication skills. Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner, manage workflow, ensuring that deadlines are met, and work is completed correctly.
