We are currently looking to hire a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to support students with speech, language, and communication needs.
The SLP will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services, working closely with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure that individualized goals are met. Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required to effectively support students and families.
- Location: In-person only, Boone County, IL
- Hours: Full-time (caseload TBD)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday; school-based hours
- School Year: 2026–2027
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for students referred for services.
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals related to speech and language needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with IDEA requirements.
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency (required)
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred
