Elementary Guidance Counselor

The Elementary School Student Advisor’s primary role is working with students. In addition, the advisor serves as a consultant, resource person, guidance specialist, researcher, and educator to students, staff, and parents. These roles support the function of supporting students and allow the advisor to serve as the students’ advocate. A more detailed job description can be supplied upon request.

Must hold a valid Illinois PEL license with proper endorsements. Must be familiar with the use of computers, including but not limited to Microsoft Office applications.
