• Inspire and Educate:

• Hands-On Training:
  Lead by example and provide practical demonstrations to ensure students gain real-world experience in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing HVACR systems.
• Curriculum Development:
  Collaborate with the education team to enhance existing courses and develop new ones that align with industry trends.
• Mentorship:
  Guide and mentor students on their projects, encouraging critical thinking and innovative solutions.
• Safety First:
  Instill the importance of safety procedures and best practices to ensure a secure working environment for students.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED
• Experience:
  
  5+ years of practical work experience in refrigeration, commercial, residential, mini splits, boiler systems
• Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and Empathy: A patient and empathetic approach to teaching

• Pay: $32 - $37 per hour with opportunity for growth
